Motion to approve the purchase of 3,122 sf of right of way and a 10X10 easement for temporary signage to be located within the within the right of way located at Parcel id 19102600010 on Brownsville Road for the amount of $37,000 under the Special Purpose Local Option Sales Tax program conditioned upon the removal of the temporary signage within 30 days of closing on the sale of said property.
