BACKGROUND:
The subject site was rezoned from LI and CRC to MXU on January 5, 2004 and was the commercial component of a 28.7 acre mixed-use development, as shown outlined in red in figure 1. The residential component, Carrington Park Subdivision, comprises of 48 detached single-family homes, and 94 single-family attached townhomes.
