Petition: Special Use Application to allow the storage and outdoor parking in a Business Park (BP) Zoned District, at 4181 Lewis Road

Purpose of Request: To allow operation of Geological Surveying Business at that address.

Location: 4181 Lewis Road, within land lot 949 of the 19^th District, 2^nd Section, and Cobb County, Georgia.

The applicant has withdrawn their application, following procedure outlined in UDC Sec. 13 - 50.

Reason: The seller didn’t extend their due diligence period, so the applicant opted to not go forward with the real estate deal. at 4181 Lewis Road, within land lot 949 of the 19^th District, 2^nd Section, and Cobb County, Georgia.
