Staff Notes:

Powder Springs Police are in possession of a 2016 Nissan Maxima recovered through a stolen auto investigation. The police department wishes to enter into an agreement with Nationwide Insurance to use this vehicle for theft and insurance related investigations. The police department would maintain and register the vehicle and use for investigation purposes inside the City of Powder Springs.
