Staff Notes
The City of Powder Springs was previously granted CONDITIONAL LAP approval by the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT). In an effort to allow for better efficiencies and allow local agencies to independently conduct Engineering and Design procurements, GDOT is transitioning all conditional local agencies to full approval with the signing of the attached attestation statement. This statement is confirming the person(s) conducting the procurement fully understands the process and what is required to be compliant. Staff authorized under the current LAP designation to complete the procurement tasks are Tina Garver and Dwayne Eberhart.
