Staff Notes
Purpose of this monitoring and report is to evaluate the impaired streams (Noses Creek and Powder Springs Creek) to observe whether the Impaired Waters Plan is being effective on improving the water quality of these impaired streams. This is a requirement of the 2024 SWMP and must be done for each annual MS4 report. Staff recommends approval of agreement with ISE.
