As part of the conditions of approval of the rezoning for the logistics facility located on Innovative Way, the applicant was required to work with the City to create a mutually beneficial development agreement to complete access improvements that will be subject to the approval of Mayor and Council prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy. The applicant is close to requesting a Certificate of Occupancy and would like to discuss with council.
