Staff Notes
The Mayor and Council approved zoning for this location on May 16, 2022. The zoning stipulations require that the developer submit an annual report and project progress until such time as the full development has been completed evidenced by certificate of occupancies being issued for all residential and commercial components. The developer has not submitted the annual update. Staff has scheduled the developer to update council at its August agenda meeting.
