Staff Notes

Heartwood Multifamily development is currently under construction at the northeast corner of Brownsville Road and Oglesby Road. The area in the right-of-way along Oglesby Road has a slope of ______.  Because of the location of the slope adjacent to the public sidewalk, the applicant has requested that the perimeter fence that is being installed as part of the development be placed in the right-of-way behind the sidewalk rather than on private property.

The fence will be a black metal picket fence.
