Julie Livingston, City Attorney, stated that the City Manager requested a motion to amend the Consent Agenda to authorize the Mayor to execute an amendment to the purchase and sale agreement with the Downtown Development Authority to allow an extension to the deadline for the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy to a business to March 1, 2025.
