Staff Notes
In order for Comcast to remove the Universal Taxes from the City’s invoices for the fiber and the issuance of credits for the past fiber invoices to the City of Powder Springs, we need to have a new Comcast Enterprise Services Sales Order Form signed by the Mayor that reflects the language changes that only apply to the Ethernet Network Service (ENS) entries and not the Ethernet Dedicated Internet (EDI). The New Service Term changes from 36 months to 32 months.
