Staff Notes
Staff recommends approval of a work order to be issued to Site Engineering in the amount of $330,181.43 to repair failing stormwater infrastructure on Forest Hill Road at its intersection with Glenbrook Drive. Site Engineering was one of the qualified contractors to which the Mayor and City Council awarded an on-call contract for stormwater system repairs. Based on the unit prices in Site Engineering’s proposal, the firm is the lowest cost vendor for this project.
This project will be paid for using ARPA grant funds and Repairs and Maintenance dollars that are budgeted for the current fiscal year in the Stormwater Fund.
