Staff Notes

Staff recommends approval of a work order to be issued to HD Excavations & Utilities, LLC in the amount of $92,125.50 to repair failing stormwater infrastructure in various sink hole locations around the City.  HD Excavations & Utilities is a qualified contractor to which the Mayor and City Council awarded an on-call contract for stormwater system repairs.  Based on the unit prices in HD Excavations & Utilities proposal, the firm is the lowest cost vendor for this project.
